I ran the QSH
CMD('/QIBM/ProdData/OS/WebServices/bin/listWebServicesServers.sh')

and the result

WSERVICE01 (Running)

Press ENTER to end terminal session.

How do I receive this result so I can interrogate and take an action based
on the result ?

found what i was looking for:
QSH CMD('/QIBM/ProdData/OS/WebServices/bin/listWebServicesServers.sh')

will show what is running and what is not.

in that directory are the rest of the shell scripts that can be used for
maintaining web services.

So I believe the first three are the http server and the application
server is the last one ?

And these can be controlled with strtcpsvr server(*http)
httpsvr(wservice01)

But I don't see any way to view / control the actual deployed services
from the green screen.

Is there a way or you must use the web admin ?

I want to be able to check if the deployed service is active and if not
attempt to start it.

Currently the service is set to start automatically but at that site

after

they do a full system save the deployed service is not running.
