If you do a WRKJOB QMSF, are there 3 active jobs? You could do an ENDMSF and then STRMSF NBRMSFJOB(1). I don't know how much slower it might be, but, could that limit the thruput perhaps?

Subject: SMTP server - throttle outbound

We have replace our printed report system with a system that converts
reports to PDF and emails the PDF to the user.

We are sending thousands of these PDFs per day.

Is there a way for our IBM I SMTP server to manage the flow of these
outbound emails so that we don't overwhelm our company outbound mail
server?

Thx,

Jerry
