I usually import it with a tool like SoapUI which creates sample requests for all of the services represented. You can use those as a template for building your own.

Ok, really a dumb question.

What is the best way, when I get a WSDL from a carrier or any other web service provider, to see/interpret the WSDL?
Just getting the raw WSDL doesn't help me much when I am trying to figure out what it all contains.

Thanks!!!!

That is what I am thinking as well.

He is also saying that the request is going to the WSDL url, which would not be correct.

I have asked to talk to someone that is also using the web service to see what they are doing.

It's SOAP - there has to be one. If you run the wsdl through a tool
like SOAPUI it shows that the payload should start like so:

<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/";
xmlns:clo="rqa:http://cloud.magnumlog.com";>
<soapenv:Header/>
<soapenv:Body>
<clo:rateQuoteLtlRoot>
<username>gero et</username>
<password>sonoras imperio</password>

And there is the Envelope right there as expected.

I can only assume that they have something adding the wrapping for them.

Possibly the envelope and body tags are being stripped off before they log the request...
