Ok, really a dumb question.
What is the best way, when I get a WSDL from a carrier or any other web service provider, to see/interpret the WSDL?
Just getting the raw WSDL doesn't help me much when I am trying to figure out what it all contains.

That is what I am thinking as well.
He is also saying that the request is going to the WSDL url, which would not be correct.
I have asked to talk to someone that is also using the web service to see what they are doing.

I can only assume that they have something adding the wrapping for them.

Possibly the envelope and body tags are being stripped off before they log the request...
