When a user issues a "GO menu" that command processing program examines the *MENU object, so the last-used date is likely "touched" at that point.
Then, if it is a "DSPF" menu type, it displays the display file (*FILE DSPF) for the menu, so that object is likely touched at that point, too.
Now, if the user never enters any menu choices, but just presses F3=Exit, I do not think the corresponding *MSGF gets touched, so it could still have a different "last-used" date.
