Pretty sure FIN means that the spool file was opened but never written to.

I see these only when accessing the spooled files from WRKUSRJOB. We do not see these with WRKSPLF. And we definitely do not see them from ACS printed output.

In ACS Printer Output I used the filter to show spooled files for a
specific job. ACS gave an error message and prompted me to generate
service logs. IBM support tells me this is because spooled files exist at
a FIN status, and ACS is working properly. They suggest changing QSPLFACN
from the default of *KEEP to *DETACH.

Anyone familiar with that system value? Are they any other considerations
regarding changing it from the default?
