Have you tried "MY.LIB"? I know that with table names, you use double

client has "."'s in the library name!

my.lib

In db2 sql, how do you specify the library name?

I've tried everything...

my.lib.myfile
my.lib.myfile
'my.lib'.myfile
'my.lib'/myfile
"my.lib".myfile
"my.lib"/myfile

with both naming styles *SYS and *SQL...
