I think you answered your own question.
IBM i Access Client Solutions replaces the old client access aka "IBM i Access for Windows".

Now to another of your questions: Can I still run the old nav with the new nav and acs at the same time?
Let me see if I can throw some confusion into the mix.
"IBM Navigator for i" is the generic name for the web based navigator.
The older version is referred to as "heritage IBM Navigator for i" and traditionally ran on http://hostname:2001
The newer version is referred to as "new IBM Navigator for i" and traditionally runs on http://hostname:2002/Navigator although there are ways to change this.
There is also the fat client which was a part of the deprecated "IBM i Access for Windows". This fat client was called System i Navigator or IBM i Navigator.
Now which one were you referring to?
- heritage IBM Navigator for i
- new IBM Navigator for i
- System i Navigator
