Yet again this year my HWMA is due and all my contacts' email addresses are bouncing.
Hopefully emailing erenewal@xxxxxxxxxx will help get the ball rolling.
Why doesn't IBM invoice via email/snail mail? Last time this happened they tried to slap a late fee on it which I refused to pay...
I just don't get it.. sorry to vent.. There has to be a better way to give a company money. :)
