I meant they removed Dashboard when they rewrote heritage Nav -> new Nav
(and created something new and named it Dashboard).

Hertiage Nav won't auto-start, but you can start it manually.

My new Nav virtually always dies on startup. I think it's worked one or
two days. IBM tells me that I'm the only person on the planet with this
issue (Admin1 JVM crashes when I login). They've been working on the PMR
for 161 days.
