I setup these trigger(s) based (somewhat) on Alans mediator design. Thanks Alan.

What I really want to know, is did IBM change something with enabling/disabling triggers?
I -swear- I could enable/disable while the file was in use, 3 or so years ago. Now I can't enable/disable while the file is in use.
