I am not a trading partner and my boss does the purchasing here, but in my mind did that really answer your question? IOW is 5770-WDS licensed by machine or by a number of users?

5770WDS option 5103 is the application development toolset. Which is PDM, SEU, SDA, etc

We're licensed for 80. Not that there's a snowball's chance ... we'll ever hit that.
