When you say look at the webserver jobs are you referring to the QSQSRVR
jobs ?

If not which jobs are you suggesting ?

The issue is when accessing the IFS directories using Eclipse IDE not when
running the PHP application.

Look into the webserver logs for further clarification.

See which user profile the webserver runs with.

Add directory authorities as needed.
