That may explain the second error but he has installed the latest version
of eclipse and that error is 8+ years ago

But the first error is the one that concerns me the most and I have not
found anything on that.

Expanding directories he is getting an error "Folder
/www/zendphp7/htdocs/dev/common/xxxxxxx/ is not readable. Cannot expand"
