To add a comment to Rob's reply, Kyndryl is the old GTS-IS organization.
GTS (Global Technology Services) had two main parts, TSS (Technical
Support Services) for providing Hardware and Software support and IS
(Infrastructure Services) formerly known as Strategic Outsourcing. Only
IS was in the scope of the spin-off to Kyndryl. TSS remains an IBM
organization.
Note that GBS (Global Business Services), which are all services related
to applications, were not included in the scope.
