Do a CPYF and copy the source member to the member in a newly created PF.

CRPF  Record length 72 say.

There are options in CPYF to do this.

Traditional source PF files should not be longter than that.

Delete the original source member.

Then CPYF back the other direction.

Be sure to keep backups.
