What version are you on? It was happening to me until I upgraded to version 4.0.0.15. I may have had one or two times since the upgrade but on the old version it was happening constantly.

Has anyone else experienced many or similar problems with this software?

Every other time I fire it up to use it, it won't open the label I select and instead the software closes.
Every once in awhile I can fool it by opening up a label other than the one I am working on, then when that label opens, I can 'sometimes' open the one I want to actually work on. Sometimes. . .

This happens almost all the time.
