I have a few users that are experiencing the following issue.

They are working on SessionA. They hit enter and jump to SessionB. Do some
work on SessionB and jump back to SessionA. The time spent on SessionB can
be anywhere between 1 minute to 15 minutes. SessionA is locked up.
Currently only a few users are having issues but many others do the same
tasks without issues.

On SessionA when locked up no keystrokes work, we endup ending the job. I
have checked the time outs etc in the config of ACS, same as everyone
else. We even upgraded one of the PC's to be new. Did not fix it.

When looking at the SessionA logs/debugs. Debug shows they are in ProgramA
at an exfmt statement. The screen we expected them to be at. If you look
at the screen on the display it is from ProgramR. So the display and the
logs don't agree.

One of the users thinks they are jumping too fast after hitting the enter
key.

They are running ACS 1.1.8.7 along with almost everyone else.

Anyone have any thoughts?
