O, I am still experiencing it.
IBM is just waiting for one of us to give them the fix.

so far for the month of October:
out of 66158 calls, I have 343 errors.

So, does anyone have a link that I can submit a case... it's for the 415
errors the GSKit randomly receives. It's getting worse. Can't believe
