Yep that's what I'm finding out. The PTF is available as a test PTF now,
but you must run it from a JNLP file on your desktop. Requires Java 8,
since they dropped Java Web Start from later versions of Java. Since I
already have 11 on my desktop. I'm not going to try this right now.
