Does each outq get its own files in
WRKOBJPDM LIB(QSPL) OBJ(*ALL) OBJTYPE(*FILE) OBJATR(PF*)
Or are you potentially just reusing the same members?

I suppose you could delete all spool files, run RCLSPLSTG DAYS(*NONE) and start out really fresh. :-)

Because data is not really stored in an *OUTQ object. At least not that I can see by using DMPOBJ or any such thing.

How IBM indexes which of the above members holds which spool files is beyond my ken. Anyone remember the ancient classes at COMMON on spool file internals?
There are files IBM does not let mortals read. For example if you do a DSPFD FILE(QSPL/QASPLINFO) you will notice:
Allow read operation . . . . . . . . . . . : No
Allow write operation . . . . . . . . . . . : No
Allow update operation . . . . . . . . . . : ALWUPD *NO
Allow delete operation . . . . . . . . . . : ALWDLT *NO
But DMPOBJ does have promise...
