Maybe you could add a Data Area with number of virtual cartridges, their size and the option to upload to the cloud. S3CMD and AWSCLI works smoothly on IBM i and you can even use piping for compression with zstd , gzip or pigz

I have no such plans for myself. :-)

The images are created at plentiful 10G size, so there will hopefully never be an overflow. Compression is done asynchronously on the FTP server host by a Cronjob.

I'm appalled to "the cloud": My data should belong to a place I can control. And even then, I'd never upload anything to some DC god knows where without proper encryption.

But everyone's free to take my example and enhance that as desired. :-)
