Rob,
IFS stream files (e.g. the binary executable files that are part of 5733-OPS or as delivered via YUM, etc.) have a "Last accessed" date/time stamp, just like any other objects on IBMi.
So, you could examine each file in the directory and subdirectories where 5733-OPS installed that stuff, and see if any of it has been "used" any time recently.   If not, just DLTLICPGM ... :-)

I asked this question a few years ago but I thought I'd try again...
Years ago I installed 5733OPS.  Then someone mentioned a way to install it so that when IBM came out with a new option and you put PTF's on you would automatically get that option.

Now to the present...
IDK if I am using any of the options.  I would like to blow 5733OPS off the system.  The latest rage is YUM/RPM updated via iACS.
How do I tell if removing 5733OPS will cause issues?

Well dnf may be replacing yum as per
