Re: REGEXP_INSTR range

Peter,

First a disclaimer -- I have never used this function so could be way off.
But the '-' used in the expression does just happen to be x'60' in for
instance CCSID 37. Your use of the range directing '-' appears to be
correct, but I just hate coincidences like this...
