1. All history is stored in your Windows users folder. You can delete them at will.
I have not experienced this problem.
2. BUT I have experienced this one. I (thought I) put in a ticket to IBM but I don't know where its at with them. That suggestion was misguided and it does not help this problem. Right click EASH image and save. That works.

Subject: ACS Screen History Archive

Two questions. Note I am running version 1.1.8.7 1. When I go view my archive history in the viewer it seems to always have a few screens before where I started it. I assume it is pulling in the screen history board. How do tell it not to do that. Or tell it to clear everything before starting.

2. I have seen a post about this before but the solution is not working for me. When I tell it to save the Archive Screens to image I get this error.
"Error occurred while writing the Screen History images.
java.lang.IlleagalArgumentException: image == null!"
In this example I had 27 pages it created 21 of them.
The solution I saw before was in Configure > Preferences > Screen History Type set it to Traditional(screen) that is what I have.

Would like to use the save image for documentation.
