Thanks Troy.  I had signed in with an old user profile (which still worked), but when I tried to View Cases or Open a Case, I got the 503. error.

Once I signed on with my current user profile, it worked fine.

But they really shouldn't let it get a 503, it should be a specific error as to why my old profile isn't allowed or whatever.  I reported it to IBM.

I signed in to ibm.com and navigated to "Learn & Support" -> "Support" -> "View your cases". It tried to go to https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/my-cases?lnk=hpmls_busu and got a 503: Service unavailable.

I tried getting there a couple of different ways, but they all ended up with the same 503 error.

I remember reading that IBM redid their support web pages, but this seems like their service is having problems, or the obvious links are still broken.
