I got on this morning and just tried it know. Seems to work for me.

I signed in to ibm.com and navigated to "Learn & Support" -> "Support" -> "View your cases". It tried to go to https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/my-cases?lnk=hpmls_busu and got a 503: Service unavailable.
I tried getting there a couple of different ways, but they all ended up with the same 503 error.
I remember reading that IBM redid their support web pages, but this seems like their service is having problems, or the obvious links are still broken.
