Put the file somewhere where a web server can send it out. Give them a link on the green screen (as long as you have click on uri stuf turned on) or use STRPCCMD to open it.

I tried the STRPCCMD with the dos command START but that command will only
run a command on the PC. It will not run against the IFS unless I share the
folder on the IFS and run the START against the IFS share. For security
reasons, we do not want to share the IFS folder. We have up to 200 users
and the security team are concerned about the security of the IFS.
Has anyone found a solution to this problem I have?
