Was called iForms. Not sure if it's still being sold or updated.
I do have to say that the current Jasper Server stuff from Tibco is much more modern and report calls can be made via REST API.
Most of the core stuff people need is available in the Community Edition and there are several ways to get it pre-packaged on a vm or via standalone installer.

Is Help Systems marketing your Jasper-based stuff? I forgot what we called it.
Koen Decorte of Belgium presented at the recent NAViGATE about making better reports using Jasper - intriguing. Modifying reports using the methods I've used can be just to fussy, a designer like Jasper's would be so much faster and safer/
