I am pretty sure that ...

"Data_Size" is what you see when you issue: 

    DSPFD ... TYPE(*MBR) 

Look for "Data space size in bytes" ...


"ObjSize" is what you see when you issue:

    DSPOBJD  OBJ(lib/name) OBJTYPE(*FILE)  DETAIL(*FULL)

Look for "Storage information" ... "Size"
