I think the green screen only supports FTPS (FTP using SSL) via a command
like *FTP RMTSYS(LOCALHOST) SECCNN(*SSL)*

The *sftp* command is found in PASE. You can easily script a shell command
to PASE in CL using the QSH command as discussed many times on various
Midrange lists.
