Thanks Rob,

It is not that I am questioning the information, actually I am really
grateful to find this piece of information.

All I was asking or trying to understand is where do I see the error
resulting from the authority to remove the IFS file.

I just want to learn how I could have diagnosed this myself.

I will open a case as you suggested
