WHat is the actual escape message being generated?

CHGOWN requires that the current owner have *ADD authority to the new user
profile.

Might be better to look at having the process that created the file and
this process either run under the same profile or have them both under the
same group profile and have the profiles set to OWNER(*GRPPRF) or have
GRPAUT(*ALL) GRPAUTTYP(*PRIVATE) or GRPAUTTYP(*PGP)

CHGOWN. The processing job did the rename() without issue. We had to
remove *ALLOBJ, now the CHGOWN fails. Without the CHGOWN the subsequent
rename() also failes.
