Ok, I made progress on this.
The question is: How good are you at converting bit data to decimal?
Visually I can see that this
substring(entry_data, 30, 3) as stringa,
is one of the following:
38=Remove message(s)
51=Send message

But converting substring(entry_data, 30, 3) as stringa, into something to compare is more than I want to do on the company dime. Please let me know.
