For the last 30+ years or so I've done this from within a CL program. This
CL program gets run around 7pm by the job scheduler. Submits a job that
runs at 6am. In the morning I have a spool file with security violations.

RTVDAT DATE(*SYSDAT) +
DAY3U(&DAY3U)
IF COND(&DAY3U *EQ 'MON') +
THEN(CHGVAR VAR(&DAYS) VALUE(-2))
ELSE CMD(CHGVAR VAR(&DAYS) VALUE(0))
ADDDAT DAYS(&DAYS) +
TOVAR(&BDATE) +
DATE(*TODAY)
CHGVAR VAR(&DAYS) +
VALUE(1)
ADDDAT DAYS(&DAYS) +
TOVAR(&EDATE) +
DATE(*TODAY)
SBMJOB CMD(DSPLOG PERIOD((*AVAIL &BDATE) (*AVAIL &EDATE)) +
OUTPUT(*PRINT) MSGID(CPF1300 CPF2200)) +
JOB(DSPLOG) +
JOBQ(QCTL) +
OUTQ(PGMOUTQ) +
USER(&ITMGR) +
SCDDATE(&EDATE) +
SCDTIME(0600)

Can't offer help WRT CPF1393 but suggest issuing the DLTUSR or INCKBDVLT
commands to eliminate the problem at its source.

You may get calls from HR.

OK, the windoze guys evidently get a message when a windoze has disabled
a usrprf. The question du jour is, other than monitoring for a msgid in
QHST, is there a way to be proactively informed when someone gives you a
CPF1393?

(CPF1393 is generated when you screwup your password so many times you
get disabled)

Thanks
