I can't look at the moment but I "think" those values are in a preferences
file where if you have central site install you can change it in one place.
I have customers that have set that location up to be on shared drive "U"
(for user) and a subdirectory for spool files. That way almost everyone's
setup is the same, but the spool files go to a unique folder that is the
users alone.

I changed the Printer Output prefs. So far so good. I'll watch and see if
the folder comes back. I might have to change the prefs for other functions
as well.
