I did find a link that pointed to the old Screen Design Aid manual - here's the PDF - http://publibfp.dhe.ibm.com/epubs/pdf/c0926040.pdf

I googled for PDNSFL and found this - https://code400.com/forum/forum/iseries-programming-languages/dds/12176-pdnctl-keyword - it eventually pointed me to the SDA manual.
