Look in the archives, maybe the RPG list, for a recent notice of the
passing of Booth Martin - he had a site with all kinds of examples, one
of the posters here put up the numeric URL, so you could get there.
He did more than any of us with these graphical bits.
Of course, you might look for the Application Display Programming manual
- it's been awhile, I don't remember if it covers these keywords, but
maybe. In recent versions of Knowledge Center or whatever it's called
now, this would probably be in extra manuals, PDFs, some such section on
IBM's site.
