Actually, as it happens, our CRM application's server is *not* launched by a direct SBMJOB, but rather by a CL program (complete with a *CMD front-end) that does the SBMJOB. That cuts down on errors.

I could do a variant of that CL program, that would be owned by QSECOFR, run under QSECOFR authority, and take the desired user profile as an additional parameter.
