Opps - I guess none of our autostart jobs keep running. They either submit something else, or we use prestart jobs.

from a

batch job that is started from a job queue in the controlling subsystem.

*ENDSBS *ALL is not allowed from autostart,* batch immediate,

evoked, prestart, multiple requester terminal, or Advanced 36 server

jobs.

ENDSBS *ALL is not allowed from a job that allows multiple threads.

So NOW it says this command can not be in an autostart job. That is not

documented in the ENDSBS command definition.

I guess I have to change the autostart job to just submit the call to

the Power Handler, rather than just call it.

It should already be a batch job. The BCHTIMLIMT is a parm on the ENDSBS command. You would need to specify it there. Not sure what you would put for the parm though.

the BCHTIMLMT parameter is specified.

This job is an autostart job in the QCTL subsystem, defined in a Job

Description which includes the call, as QSYSOPR.

The Routing Data defined on the job description is QCMDI, which does

matches the last Routing Entry of the QCTL subsystem...

So, how do I make it a Batch job, or specify BCHTIMLMT?

What am I misunderstanding? Suggestions?
