Are you able to use STRDBG in a green screen 5250 session? If you are not
authorized to that, then you may not be authorized to use the GUI debugger
either ...

I am the admin of this PC and the IBM i. I went into the restrictions on
IBM iACS, nothing is restricted there. I'm running the shortcuts from my
desktop as administrator.

Is there somewhere else to look?
