Maybe instead of a vpn you need to consider this like a remote office. Instead of home based equipment you need your own router and/or firewall. I'm not a network guy. A couple of our techs used to have pretty elaborate setups at home. Maybe they can find some low budget stuff for you. Sometimes they can use you as an excuse to get someone else a newer piece of equipment and move their old one to your 'office'. This would allow you to have the same IP addresses. I can see where printers on DHCP and/or NAT might be a challenge.
