The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
We use Snagit for screen capture and editing but it uses F9 & F10 so some of our application screens can't use those command keys. We go into the preferences of Snagit and change the hotkey mapping to so they allow the basic 24 command keys to work naturally. Usually to Shift+Alt+F9 and Shift+Alt+F10.
