Is the program initiated by a local user and runs under their name for job user? Or does the program run in batch under the group profile the user is a member of?

If by the user
Then run
ADDSVRAUTE USRPRF(LOCALUSER) SERVER('RMT_SVR')
USRID('NEW_RMTPRF') PASSWORD('xxxxx')
Replacing LOCALUSER for each user who runs this program.

If by the group profile then run
ADDSVRAUTE USRPRF(LOCALUSER) SERVER('RMT_SVR')
USRID('NEW_RMTPRF') PASSWORD('xxxxx')
Replacing LOCALUSER by their group profile
