I get so frustrated by the positional parameter on WRKACTJOB also.
But I can see people doing WRKACTJOB OUTPUT(*PRINT) and copying that to a file before everyone knew API's or how to do stuff with SQL services.

I would definitely let them know that DLTEXPSPLF is not being ran. Maybe the person left the company and they removed all of her job schedule entries?
