IBM pulled the plug on a functioning product, iNav, and provided a
replacement (Navigator). I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the
replacement to perform as well as the prior product.

You can make some tunning, but don't expect to get a Ferrari.

* Check your DNS (CFGTCP 12) is set in *LOCAL and you have the right
address, your hostname and domain name. It's fastest to remove DNS
address, but maybe you can't
* Check the host table (CFGTCP 10) for hostname and FQDN
* When possible move HTTP to its own memory pool with enough activity level
* On HTTP Admin go to Manage->HTTP Server->select ADMIN-> General
Configuration ... and change the amount of threads to precess request to
Maximum (9999). Then press Accept and restart *ADMIN instance
