Use Firefox for the browser. That one always works for me. IE / Edge is always iffy with IBM sites.

Subject: IBM support site - serial number field not being accepted.

Trying to enter a software support ticket, support site keeps complaining about the serial number field.
Returns message "This field is required" even though I entered a valid serial number.

Anyone ever experience this, or anyone have a workaournd.
