map something to *nowhere* or to map a customer URL that, for whatever
reason, doesn't have a public DNS entry.
As to Bing redirects, it happened to me, too, and it turned out to be
hidden in a recently-installed browser extension (and didn't even
respond to mapping Bing to nowhere!). If I ever find my browser randomly
redirecting Google searches to Bing again, I will *always* assume that
some recently installed browser extension was a Trojan horse, and start
removing them.
