Doing so, and IPLing again, results in the A6005008 SRC code (console failure during an IPL).

We don't have a console and never did. Why would it now be looking for one?
How do I get around this? As far as I can tell, we are not set up for an Operations Console.
By the way, this is a B/Normal IPL.
