If your emulator supports STRPCCMD (PC5250 & ACS do), you can create the
PDF file on a NetServer share and use STRPCCMD. Something like this:
STRPCCMD PCCMD('\\NetServer\dir\file.pdf')

I have been asked if it is possible to generate a .pdf in a 5250 session
and
then have the 5250 session automatically open adobe (or whatever .pdf
viewer
is in use) on the laptop to view it. Is it possible to open a windows
program via a 5250 command? I've been googling but not having any luck.
