Yes, IASP must be varied off when configuring Geographic mirroring. When
done and CRG started, you may want to submit to batch the IASP vary on,
as it might take time for the initial synchronization to complete.
Review chapter 3.2 of "IBM PowerHA SystemMirror for i:Using Geographic
Mirroring(Volume 4 of 4)" redbook.
